“We As Christians Are Commanded to Testify Christ Being God’s Appointed Judge 我們作為基督徒蒙吩咐，要鄭重證明基督是神所立審判的主“（Acts 使徒行傳 10:39-43）
We are witnesses of everything he did in the country of the Jews and in Jerusalem. They killed him by hanging him on a cross, but God raised him from the dead on the third day and caused him to be seen. … by us who ate and drank with him after he rose from the dead. He commanded us to preach to the people and to testify that he is the one whom God appointed as judge of the living and the dead. … everyone who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins through his name.
我們就是他在猶太人之地和耶路撒冷所行一切事的見證人；他們竟然把他掛在木頭上，殺了他。神叫他第三天復活，並且使他顯現，給 … 我們這些在他從死人中復活之後，與他一同吃喝的人。他吩咐我們向人民傳講，鄭重證明他是神所立，審判活人死人的主。 … 所有信他的，都必藉著他的名，罪得赦免。
Preaching the same gospel to both Jews and Gentiles, Peter presented the person and work of Jesus Christ, with an emphasis on the resurrection of Jesus and our responsibility before God in light of these things. Eating and drinking with Christ after rising from the dead implies that Christ’s was real resurrection. Salvation (with forgiveness of sins) for Jew or Gentile, slave or free, white or black, good or wicked, rich or poor, and everyone believing in Jesus demonstrates the broadness of such God’s promise.
彼得向猶太人和外邦人兩者傳講同樣的福音，展現耶穌基督的位格和工作，強調耶穌的複活，並我們在神面前對應這些事的責任。基督從死人中復活之後一同的吃喝，意味著基督的復活是真實的復活。給猶太人或外邦人、奴隸或自由人、白人或黑人、善良或邪惡的、貧窮或富有的，並每位信耶穌之人的救恩（得著罪得赦免），證明神如此應許的廣大。
Prayer: Father God, indeed all people need to be saved by coming to a living faith in living Jesus Christ because of your fatherly heart, love and patience not wanting anyone to perish but everyone to come to repentance. Help us to be Lord Jesus’ witnesses even though we never eat and drink with our resurrected Christ but we have the privilege to share His life in not only our own baptism in Him but also the bread and the cup of the Lord’s Supper in remembrance of Him. Amen.
禱告: 父神啊，確實因著你為父之心、仁愛和忍耐寬容，不願有一人滅亡，卻願人人都悔改，所有人需要藉著停泊在活著的耶穌基督裡活的信心而得救。求你幫助我們，作主耶穌的見證人，縱然我們從沒有與復活的基督一同吃喝，但是我們不單只在自己受洗歸祂名下，而且在領主聖餐的餅和杯記念祂上，有著特權去分享祂的生命。阿們。
