“Believe the Right Thing about the Right Person 要相信有關正確對象的正確事宜“（Romans 羅馬書 15:7-9, 13）
Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God. For I tell you that Christ has become a servant of the Jews on behalf of God’s truth, so that the promises made to the patriarchs might be confirmed and, moreover, that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy. … May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
因此，你們應當彼此接納，就像基督接納了你們一樣，使榮耀歸於神。我說，基督為了神的真理，成了受割禮的人的僕人，為的是要證實對祖先的應許，使外族人因著所蒙的憐憫榮耀 神；… 願那賜盼望的神，因著你們的信，把一切喜樂平安充滿你們，使你們靠著聖靈的大能滿有盼望。
When faith is made to rest upon falsehood as if the gossamer of self-deception woven of the unsubstantial threads of fancy spun out of minds of tender-hearted persons, it can and often does lead to eternal tragedy. For it is not enough that we believe; we must believe in the right thing about the right One! To believe in God is more than to believe that He exists. We must know at least something of what God is like and what His will is for His human creatures. No man has any right to pick and choose among revealed truths.
當人把信心安放在虛假上，就如用無實质、幻想的線編織而成自欺的小蜘蛛網，從那些有同情心的人的心思意念编造出来，它往往能夠導致永恆的悲劇。我們單單相信還是不夠的；我們必須相信有關那正確者的正確事宜！相信神不僅是相信祂存在而已，我們至少必須知道神是怎樣的，和祂對人類的旨意是甚麽那些的事宜，沒有人有權在神已啟示的真理中挑三揀四。
Prayer: Gracious and loving God, thank you that you have broken down the barriers that divided people, enabling us all to come to you, not by works but by your blood and by faith in you alone. In you we have hope which is fuelled by the power of the Holy Spirit. May we know that what it means to have your joy and peace reigning in every situation of our lives, and help to extend your reign of peace to those around us. Amen.
禱告: 滿有恩典慈愛的神啊，感謝你已打破了那隔開人與人之間的障礙，使我們所有人能夠來到你面前，不靠善行，卻靠你的寶血贖罪和單單靠你的信心，我們在你裡面靠著聖靈的大能滿有盼望。願我們曉得要有你的喜樂和平安，在我們生命裡每一個處境中管治，並幫助去把你平安的管治伸展到圍繞我們身邊的人是什麼意思。阿們。
