Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is. … be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
因此，不要作糊塗人，要明白甚麼是主的旨意。… 卻要讓聖靈充滿。應當用詩章、聖詩、靈歌，彼此呼應，口唱心和地讚美主。凡事要奉我們主耶穌基督的名，常常感謝父神。
True Christians are unappreciated few who take the unpopular way of the cross that brings a measure of reproach upon them. They saw the Eternal City in full view and managed almost to walk on earth as if they had already gone to heaven. They were the joyous ones who got little recognition from the world of institutionalized religion, and might have gone altogether unnoticed except for their singing. We are never sure where a true Christian may be found — and the busy world may actually not even know he is there — except that they hear him singing! Unsung but singing: this is the short and simple story of many today whose names are not known beyond the small circle of their own company. Their gifts are not many nor great but their song is sweet and clear! (A. W. Tozer)

Prayer: Oh Lord Jesus, how foolish we are if we thought that we still had time and opportunity but did not even know what would be happening to us tomorrow! Thank you for reminding us what is going on, the urgency in being very careful how we live and what we should do in being wise and staying close to you. Amen.
